1. Respect people and places
Treat Guests, Hosts, neighbours and support staff with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, violence and exploitation are prohibited. Respect local surroundings, property and shared spaces.
2. Guest conduct
Follow the confirmed occupancy, house rules and check-in/check-out arrangements. Do not bring unauthorised visitors, damage property or use a stay for unlawful activity. Report damage or concerns honestly and promptly.
3. Host conduct and safety
Provide the advertised accommodation and accurate safety information. Maintain usable facilities and explain relevant hazards or restrictions. Respect Guest privacy; undisclosed surveillance in private spaces and unauthorised access to occupied accommodation are prohibited.
A reviewed listing is not a guarantee of every safety condition. Guests should assess their needs and Hosts should address reported hazards. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first and move to a safer location when possible. Famlo support is not an emergency service.
4. Reviews and content
Share honest experiences and relevant facts. Do not manipulate ratings, trade rewards for reviews, impersonate others, post unlawful content or expose personal information. Report content or intellectual-property concerns through Grievance Redressal using Content/IP.
5. Prohibited activity
Fraud, theft, abusive account use, unlawful goods or services, deliberate disruption and off-platform circumvention of Famlo-originated bookings are prohibited. Famlo may review evidence, restrict content or accounts and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
6. Report a safety issue
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first and move to a safer location when possible. Famlo is not an emergency service and does not promise a 24/7 emergency response.
Open Famlo’s Emergency & Safety surface for urgent guidance, use Report a safety issue to start the canonical safety flow, or use Chat with Famlo for support. Famlo includes relevant booking context where it is available and authorised. Share the booking or listing reference, what happened and when, and only the information needed to investigate. Use Grievance Redressal if you need formal escalation.
